Do you have balloon price list?
Every event is unique so we provide a custom quote for each event. You can fill out a balloon request form and you will receive customized quote within 48 hours.
How far in advance should I book for my event?
The earlier the better! We typically book about 4 - 6 weeks in advance. Quote requests are accepted up to 2 weeks before the event but are not guaranteed until a deposit has been made.
How do I book balloons for an event?
Fill out a quote request. You will receive an estimate for approval within 48 hours. Once a deposit has been made, you have officially reserved your spot. Due to the high volume of inquiries, we cannot hold a date without a deposit.
Can I hang the balloons myself?
Yes! Our grab and go garlands are great for self installation and installation instructions and materials are provided. For garlands over 5 feet we recommend install by the expert!
How far do you deliver?
Orders must meet a minimum order to qualify for delivery. Delivery is an additional charge, based on your location, day of the week, and size of your order. We typically only deliver within 20 miles of Worthington, Ohio. Please note that your delivery window will be coordinated after your estimate is approved. If you would like a specific delivery time, please specify that when putting in your request.
Can I pickup Alpha-Lit marquees?
No, we do not offer pickup for our letter and number rentals.
